Shipping & Returns

Mummyduck Customs is designed in Helsinki, Finland. To keep delivery times short and shipping costs reasonable, our products are printed and fulfilled on demand by partner facilities in the USA, EU, and Japan, depending on the item and your delivery address. Orders to EU addresses are fulfilled from our EU facility where possible; some larger sizes are only printed in the USA, so those specific items may take a little longer to reach EU customers.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2-6 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Actual transit time depends on your location and the carrier; please allow extra time for the postal service to scan and process tracking updates after pickup.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address, the items ordered, and the fulfillment location. US customers are charged standard US domestic shipping rates when their order ships from our US facility; EU customers are charged EU shipping rates when their order ships from our EU facility.

International orders and customs
We ship to most countries. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon arrival; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges or controlled by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at harri@mummyduck.com and we will do our best to add it.

Packaging
Apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) ships in a protective plastic bag. Mugs and similar items ship in a cardboard box.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at harri@mummyduck.com with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.

This design is for riders who still prefer the machine with the unnecessary modification, the coffee too strong and the route that takes longer for no defensible reason. You are not trying to act young. You are refusing to become a beige version of yourself.
