Where are you located?
Mummyduck Customs is proudly designed by Harri in Helsinki, Finland — the home of our creative spirit.
To ensure top quality and fast delivery, our products are printed and fulfilled in multiple locations across the USA, EU, and Japan.
Please note that some larger sizes are printed in the USA, so EU orders may take a little longer — but they’re always worth the wait.
When will my order ship?
The items usually ship in 2-6 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact harri@mummyduck.com and we will replace those items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! US customers get items from US by domestic shipping fee. EU customers get items from EU.
You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
How do items are shipped?
All shirts and hoodies are shipped in plastic bag. Mugs are shipped in cardboard box.
Do You accept returns or exchanges?
We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at harri@mummyduck.com for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.
